These Terms and Conditions outline how we supply Susan Miller’s Astrology Zone Calendar within the UK and Europe. Please read them carefully before placing an order. They’re designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and trust in every part of your shopping experience.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through AstrologyZoneCalendar.co.uk, operated by Antidote Health Products Ltd (‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up to date. Minor variations in colour or design may occur due to the printing process.
2. Orders & Payments
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards, and other payment options displayed on our site.
Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received. You’ll receive an email confirmation of your order shortly after checkout.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We dispatch orders from the United Kingdom and ship to customers across the UK and Europe.
a) United Kingdom
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48. Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days from dispatch.
b) European Union (IOSS Shipping)
We participate in the Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) system to make cross-border shopping smooth and transparent for our EU customers. This means:
– All relevant VAT is collected at checkout in your country’s rate
– Your parcel is cleared through customs automatically, with no additional import fees or delays
– Delivery is fully door-to-door, typically within 5–10 working days
c) Non-EU Europe (e.g., Norway, Switzerland, Channel Islands)
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or VAT applied locally.
4. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unused and in their original condition. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days once we receive the returned item.
5. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your calendar arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at orders@astrologyzonecalendar.co.uk. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We’ll trace your shipment and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund in line with Royal Mail’s delivery terms.
7. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, and design — is protected by copyright. The Astrology Zone Calendar and related artwork by Susan Miller and Izak Zenou are used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without prior written consent.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Personal information collected at checkout is used only for processing your order and is never shared with third parties except where required for fulfilment.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
