🌍 Shipping Update — UK, Europe, Australia & New Zealand
We currently deliver the Astrology Zone® Calendar 2026 across the UK and Europe via our website, as the only authorised distributor for these regions.
We are also pleased to share that we now ship to Australia and New Zealand using Royal Mail International Tracked, with shipping charges calculated by parcel weight. As these orders are exports outside the UK and EU, no VAT is applied to goods or shipping at checkout.
For customers located outside the UK, Europe, Australia or New Zealand, we are expanding our shipping destinations in 2026. In the meantime, if you would like to order a calendar and your country is not yet listed, please contact us at orders@astrologyzonecalendar.co.uk for a personalised shipping quote. We will then provide a secure payment link to complete your order safely.
Introduction
At Antidote Health Products Ltd, we aim to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. This policy explains our procedures for shipping, refunds, and returns, in full compliance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the EU Consumer Contracts Regulations under the IOSS (Import One Stop Shop) scheme.
We are the official UK and European distributor for the Astrology Zone Calendar by world-renowned astrologer Susan Miller.

Delivery Overview
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1 – 3 days) and Tracked 48 (2 – 4 days) for all UK deliveries, and Royal Mail International Tracked (5 – 10 days) for EU and European orders. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: During November and December, delivery times may be extended due to increased postal volumes.
Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. This policy complies with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your calendar arrives damaged or defective, please email orders@astrologyzonecalendar.co.uk within seven (7) days of receipt, attaching photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the return is verified.
Lost Parcels / Non-Delivery
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked services. A “Delivered” status constitutes proof of delivery. If you have not received your order within the expected time frame, please notify us within seven (7) days so we can open a Royal Mail investigation. Replacements or refunds will only be issued once Royal Mail confirms the parcel as lost.
How to Return an Item
Please contact orders@astrologyzonecalendar.co.uk to obtain a return authorisation before sending your item back. Returns should be sent to:

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
EU Orders via IOSS
VAT for EU orders is collected at checkout under the IOSS scheme, ensuring seamless delivery without customs delays. If a return is initiated, the VAT portion will be refunded as part of the total transaction amount.
How the IOSS system works
For EU customers, your order is processed through the IOSS (Import One Stop Shop) scheme. This means the UK VAT is automatically removed at checkout and replaced with the VAT rate of your own country. Because your local VAT is collected upfront, your parcel can travel directly to you with no customs fees, no handling charges, and no delays at the border. This creates a smooth, door-to-door delivery experience for all European customers.
European Non-EU Orders
For customers in European countries outside the EU — such as Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Monaco and the Channel Islands — UK VAT is automatically removed at checkout. As these destinations are not covered by the IOSS scheme, your parcel may be subject to local VAT, customs duties or handling fees upon arrival. Any such charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We continue to ship all non-EU European orders via Royal Mail International Tracked to ensure reliable delivery with full parcel tracking.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or defective. For all other cases, please follow the standard returns and refund process.
